Rangpur Riders Updates
The Rangpur Riders team made a three years contract with BBL management. The team will participate in the upcoming BBL 2023 season starting from January 2023.
In the previous season, the team lost many players to the other team as their entire star players signed with other teams.
The team has icon players Mustafizur Rahman and Muhammad Nabi as the captain, who moved to other teams and played the last BPL.
Similarly, Muhammad Shahzad and Taskin Ahmad were regular with other teams in the BPL 2021-22.

Rangpur Riders decided to play the top players from Pakistan in the BPL 2023 season. The team has signed three-star players from Pakistan.
Pakistan veteran all-rounder Shoaib Malik will play for the team and will most probably lead the team if no Bangladeshi player takes charge. The Asia Cup hero of Pakistan, Muhammad Nawaz, will also be there for the team as an all-rounder. The speed star from Pakistan, Haris Rauf, will also play for the team. Afghanistan’s young medium-fast bowler Azmatullah Omarzai is also with the team in this BPL.
